Discover Akasha-Phoenix

The individual design of the offers also gives the opportunity to bring in your own wishes and needs. All consultations, courses and treatments take place directly on your premises. So you don't have to leave the house again after a strenuous day and can relax completely in your familiar surroundings.
Akasha-Phoenix offers special life coaching since 2018. In addition to meditation, mindfulness training and the new Solfeggio deep relaxation, there are also many wellness and relaxation offers. The focus of all consultations, courses and treatments is always on health, relaxation and inner peace. In this way, an ideal balance can be found between the demands of everyday life and a good basis for facing new challenges.

Mario Münzer

Born in 1986 and raised in Mannheim, Germany, Akasha-Phoenix founded in May 2018 in Heddesheim (Baden). He completed a variety of training and further education courses, including a certified relaxation trainer and meditation teacher, life coach, Reiki teacher and "Therapist of the Solfeggio-Frequencies". With his work he wants to offer people a balance from everyday life and guide them to more inner peace and relaxation. Especially since our modern world seems to accelerate more and more and the demands are constantly increasing.

Nico Schilhabel

Born in 1996 and grown up in Freiburg im Breisgau is the second face behind Akasha-Phoenix. The "mobile-badner" supports at every opportunity.
With his youthful manner he always touches people anew and gives them his warmth. Also in the courses of Akasha-Phoenix he is present with advice and action and spreads much joy among the participants. He himself has already gained a lot of experience in the event sector as well as in the gastronomy and thus complements the team of Akasha-Phoenix ideally.

The Team

His idea is to provide people with the necessary relaxation in their familiar surroundings, i.e. the place where they spend most of their time besides work. Often, going to a therapy centre is associated with a certain time pressure. He would like to take this pressure away and show that relaxation techniques can be used by everyone.
