We live in a time when everything seems to be accelerating. Appointments and tasks are becoming more and more frequent, and the time available is becoming increasingly scarce. It is therefore not surprising that stress is now one of the most common causes of psychological, but also physical illness. If you constantly overtax yourself, you will damage your body and mind in the long term. The body lapses into a kind of "escape state" and starts all systems accordingly. Breathing becomes shallower, pulse and blood pressure rise, and even in sleep you no longer find the rest you need so urgently.

Our thoughts - a topic that we should be more concerned with, especially in our modern times. For years, health insurance companies have been recording a steadily increasing trend of mental illness and depression. And even if good results are achieved in long-term therapy, the actual causes of the illness often remain in the dark. Often "negative thoughts" are hidden here, which want to make themselves heard, but also, for example, a "negative basic attitude to life". And although these are as banal as thoughts and words, they have far-reaching consequences. Among other things, they are partly responsible for the well-known somatoform disorder, adaptation disorder, personality disorder and even obsessive-compulsive disorder. Buddha is said to have once said: "We are what we think. Everything that we are arises from our thoughts. With our thoughts we shape the world.

In this 90-minute lecture you will experience the influence of your own thoughts on yourself and your lives. In addition, you will learn tips suitable for everyday life, how we can easily reach a positive basic attitude and how we can protect ourselves from mental moods and depression.
In this lecture you will learn how stress affects our entire organism and how to counteract stress in many situations with simple tips and tricks, reduce the general stress level and develop a better handling of stress in everyday life and work.

Pure relaxation

For many years, meditation has enjoyed increasing popularity because it is an excellent technique with which we can more easily meet the growing challenges of everyday life. Meditation supports self-discovery, strengthens self-confidence, promotes inner peace and balance and can prevent the development of many mental illnesses at an early stage.
In this course you will learn the basics of meditation and how to integrate it into your everyday life. You will also learn different breathing techniques, sitting positions and finger postures (mudras). The specially created dream journeys round off the course, which is suitable for both beginners and advanced students.

Note: Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or similar as we sit/lie on the floor. The current hygiene regulations apply.

In today's world, relaxation and balance are essential to regenerate body and mind, recharge our batteries and face new challenges. But how do you relax properly and what relaxation techniques are there?
In this course you will learn various relaxation techniques such as autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, breath training and mindfulness training. In addition, calm music, singing bowls and guided dream journeys provide a moment of peace and balance.
Akasha-Phoenix has developed a completely new kind of deep relaxation, where you can switch off from everyday life and find peace under the starry sky. With a special projector, the starry night sky shines above you and offers an opportunity to relax and unwind. At the same time, you listen to the so-called solfeggio frequencies, which have an effect on your body and mind.
The Solfeggio frequencies are a series of 9 frequencies that are said to calm the body and mind, promote inner peace and balance and have an effect on physical as well as psychological ailments. Each session is rounded off with a reading of a starry legend from Greek mythology and on the last evening all frequencies are repeated once again.

Note: Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or similar, as well as a blanket if needed and a soft pillow if necessary, as we lie on the floor and look up. The current hygiene regulations apply.
